: Illegal items are not allowed to be sold. It is the dealer’s responsibility to know the Law. Dealers shall comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations of Federal State, County, Municipal or other lawful authorities pertaining to the vendor's use of the premises.

For a safer buying and selling experience at the Waldo Farmers and Flea Market Inc.: Unauthorized copies include things that are backed-up, bootlegged, duplicated or pirated – which are illegal. These kinds of things may infringe on someone’s copyright or trademark. For examples of what you can and can’t sell at Waldo Farmers and Flea Market see the guidelines below.
• Backup or archive copies of software
• Bootleg recordings from concerts or other live shows (see bootleg recordings policy below)
• Counterfeits, fakes, or replicas of brand name items like:
o Handbags (IE: a purse bearing the Coach name or logo that wasn’t made by Coach)
o Other Accessories
o Counterfeit Electronics ( like Cell phones) or software
o Counterfeit replacement parts or consumables, (for example, a batter labeled as a Nokia cell phone batter that wasn’t made by Nokia.)
o Fake Autographs
o Media (such as CDs or DVDs) containing pages from a book or copyrighted materials that you didn’t officially create.
o Unauthorized or pirated copies of things like:
Movies or Videos
Music CDs or MP3s
TV programs (includes CDs or DVDs with shows that were taped from television)
• Adult books and materials that might be offensive to some customers must be kept out of the view of minors at all times and must be wrapped or bagged when sold. A sign must state “adults only”.
NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT ALL
Waldo Farmer’s and Flea Market reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave without cause.
